Clients who wish to have certain home selections made can be priced accordingly, for instance

• Lighting selection, feature lights, pendants, wall sconces, gimbles and down lights, UV feature ceiling lights etc including denotation of location on preliminary plans
• All internal and external colour selections (Paint)
• All tapware fittings and fixtures throughout entire home

Then a specified cost will be associated for these particular items

WHAT ABOUT BESPOKE SERVICE?

Our Bespoke service isn’t just allowing for a full Specification formulated with images, details and description of materials and placement but we offer Full Mood Boards per room or Mood Boards with particular selections made pending your requirements, we also offer 3d Render visuals once all selections are made so you can see the spaces come to life off a program with all of your details and colours and materials implimented within the render drawing visuals, plus a Sample Bord showing you the contrast between colour tones and material selections to enable the client or myself as a designer and decorator to design and purchase furnishing to highlight the impeccable specifications noted within the build structure.

WHAT IF I JUST WANT A SAMPLE BOARD FOR LIGHT SCHEME AND DARK SCHEME SO I CAN DECIDE WHERE I WANT TO HEAD WITH IT MYSELF?

Every clients need is different as well as budgets with us, so we tailor to suite your needs as much as possible, for instance Light and Dark Sample Boards are favourable, it allows the client to not only decide on the “Colour shades” but also enable the client to see what works best for them
